Total number of passengers per ATV is 2, with a maximum combined weight limit of 350 lbs. For comfort and safety, it’s recommended to have 1 person per ATV.

The cardholder must be present, and the credit card used for booking must match a valid form of identification. We do not tolerate fraudulent activity.

Please arrive at least 40 minutes before your scheduled tour to avoid late fees. Late arrival does not guarantee participation.

Walk-ins are welcome, although we highly recommend making reservations, especially on weekends.

Cancellation or rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before your reservation to avoid forfeiting full payment.

A 7% tax is added to all reservations, and a 5% processing and administration fee applies to cancellations.

Our services are available to individuals over 16 years old; a driver’s license is not required for ATV driving.

Tours are conducted in compliance with Florida state laws (as specified in the legal document signed before the tour).

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your reservation 24 hours before the tour (95% refund)

Reschedule: You should reschedule 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
