6.Damage Responsibility: If damages exceed the deposit amount, the renter is liable for additional repair costs.
7.Physical Fitness: Renters must confirm they have no physical limitations that could affect their ability to safely operate the jet ski.
9.Late Fees: Renters will be charged $50 for every 30 minutes they exceed the agreed rental time.
10.Damage Penalty: Any damage incurred during the rental period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
11.Cancellation Policy: If the tour is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the deposit will not be refunded.
