3.Identification: Renters must have a government-issued ID in their possession at the time of rental.

4.Capacity: Maximum combined weight for double riders is 330lbs

5.Deposit: A deposit may be required, depending on the number of jet skis rented or at the owner’s discretion.

6.Damage Responsibility: If damages exceed the deposit amount, the renter is liable for additional repair costs.

7.Physical Fitness: Renters must confirm they have no physical limitations that could affect their ability to safely operate the jet ski.

9.Late Fees: Renters will be charged $50 for every 30 minutes they exceed the agreed rental time.

10.Damage Penalty: Any damage incurred during the rental period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

11.Safety First:

• Familiarize yourself with the jet ski’s controls, including how to start, stop, and maneuver.(Boaters safety course is not included. You need to pay $9.99 for it upon arrival.)
• Learn the waterway rules to ensure safe navigation.
• Stay aware of your surroundings, watching for other boats, swimmers, and obstacles.
• Avoid reckless behavior like speeding, sharp turns, or wave jumping to prevent accidents.
• Never operate a jet ski under the influence of drugs or alcohol, as it impairs judgment and reflexes.
