- Total number of passengers per ATV is 2, with a maximum combined weight limit of 350 lbs. For comfort and safety, it’s recommended to have 1 person per ATV.
- The cardholder must be present, and the credit card used for booking must match a valid form of identification. We do not tolerate fraudulent activity.
- Please arrive at least 40 minutes before your scheduled tour to avoid late fees. Late arrival does not guarantee participation.
- UTV tour reservations are exclusively for private events. For more information, please contact us at

- Kids ages 13–15 can drive in our kids experience. Proof of age is required.
- Group Reservation Payment Policy: For group reservations, a maximum of two payment methods per reservation is allowed. We do not accept multiple split payments across several cards or payment methods. This policy is in place to ensure a smooth, efficient, and timely check-in process for all guests.

– A liability waiver must be signed by all participants. For guests under the age of 18 years who will be driving, a parent or guardian is required to sign on their behalf.
– All drivers must participate in the safety briefing before the tour.
– No pregnant women, recent surgeries, back/knee problems or any serious health condition allowed on the tour.
– Covered & closed toe shoes are recommended for all tours.
– Guests may get dusty or muddy depending on weather conditions. We recommend that guests wear comfortable clothing that they don’t mind soiling.
– Safety helmets and googles are provided by South Florida Off Road Tours and are required for all guests to wear.
– Kids ages 13–15 can drive in our kids experience. Proof of age is required.
– Children 6+ are welcome as ATV passengers with an adult
When you book through our website, you’ll only be charged $40 per ATV to reserve your spot. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival at the tour. Simply click the Choose My Adventure button and complete your selection.
All of our tours are guided tours. Don’t worry though, our guides are friendly, informative, down to earth, and will make sure that you have a blast on any of our tours. You’ll be glad to have them with you.
Make sure to bring clothing that you are comfortable with soiling as tour can get dusty and/or muddy depending on whether conditions. Closed toe shoes are required. Please bring a camera (or your iPhone with a protective case) for photos as well as sunscreen to protect your skin in the sun.
The show goes on rain or shine except in cases of extended heavy rain. You’ll be given the option to either reschedule your tour for the next available spots or get a refund for your payment.

We seek to accommodate all sizes but the current weight capacity for our ATVs is 350 lbs per ATV.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour for a (95%) refund (5% is merchant fee).

Reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour. The refund will be 95% of the payment made.
