Terms & Conditions

• Total number of passengers per ATV is 2, with a maximum combined weight limit of 350 lbs. For comfort and safety, it’s recommended to have 1 person per ATV.
• The cardholder must be present, and the credit card used for booking must match a valid form of identification. We do not tolerate fraudulent activity.
• Please arrive at least 40 minutes before your scheduled tour to avoid late fees. Late arrival does not guarantee participation.

• Walk-ins are welcome, although we highly recommend making reservations, especially on weekends.
• Our services are available to individuals over 16 years old; a driver’s license is not required for ATV driving.
• Tours are conducted in compliance with Florida state laws (as specified in the legal document signed before the tour).

Cancellation, Deposit, Rescheduling & Participation Policy
To secure your reservation, a $40 non-refundable deposit per rider is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour departure time are non-refundable.
• Same-day cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals will result in the full forfeiture of the deposit and any amounts paid.
• Failure to arrive on time, refusal to participate, or missing the tour due to personal or transportation issues is considered a no-show.

Rescheduling

• Reservations may be rescheduled more than 24 hours before the tour for a $30 rescheduling fee, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of departure are not permitted.

Weather Policy

Tours operate rain or shine. In the event of unsafe conditions, as determined solely by the company, guests may be rescheduled. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

Vehicle Assignment & Weight Restrictions

Double rider ATVs are subject to strict weight limits for safety and equipment protection.

• If guests book a double rider ATV and exceed the weight restriction upon arrival, the reservation will be charged in full and is non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued due to weight restrictions or equipment limitations.
• Guests will have the option to ride two single rider ATVs, subject to availability, at the applicable price difference.

Identification & Payment Verification

• The credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival.
• A valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the reservation and payment method is required.
• Failure to present the matching credit card and valid photo ID may result in denial of service without refund.
