For security purposes, the cardholder must be present. The credit card used for the purchase and a valid form of identification must match and be presented before the tour starts. We do not tolerate fraudulent activity or unauthorized card use, and there are no exceptions.

Disclaimer:

We kindly request that you arrive at least 40 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. Please be aware that failure to arrive on time may result in a late fee being charged. Additionally, please note that arriving late does not guarantee your participation in the tour.
Kindly note that any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your reservation. Failure to cancel within the specified time frame will result in forfeiture of your full payment.
Please be advised that a 7% tax will be added to the total amount when making your reservation.
Please be aware that we retain the right to impose a 5% processing and administration fee for all cancellations.
All clients are required to present the credit card used for the purchase transaction upon arrival for the ATV tour.
All cancellations must be made via email to southfloridaoffroadtours@gmail.com Kindly note that cancellation requests received through other communication channels will not be considered valid.

What is your guest policy?

– A liability waiver must be signed by all participants. For guests under the age of 18 years who will be driving, a parent or guardian is required to sign on their behalf.

– All drivers must participate in the safety briefing before the tour.

– No pregnant women, recent surgeries, back/knee problems or any serious health condition allowed on the tour.

– Covered & closed toe shoes are recommended for all tours.

– Guests may get dusty or muddy depending on weather conditions. We recommend that guests wear comfortable clothing that they don’t mind soiling.

– Safety helmets and googles are provided by South Florida Off Road Tours and are required for all guests to wear.

How does payment work?

Simply click the Choose My Adventure button. There you’ll be asked to select a few options. Once you’ve completed your selection you’ll be asked to complete your full payment.

Do you rent the ATVs without a guide?

All of our tours are guided tours. Don’t worry though, our guides are friendly, informative, down to earth, and will make sure that you have a blast on any of our tours. You’ll be glad to have them with you.

What do i need to bring for the tour?

Make sure to bring clothing that you are comfortable with soiling as tour can get dusty and/or muddy depending on whether conditions. Closed toe shoes are required. Please bring a camera (or your iPhone with a protective case) for photos as well as sunscreen to protect your skin in the sun.

What happens if it rains?

The show goes on rain or shine except in cases of extended heavy rain. You’ll be given the option to either reschedule your tour for the next available spots or get a refund for your payment.

Do i need a license to drive the ATVs?

You do not need a license to drive our ATVs but you must be 18 years of age or older.

Is there a weight limit on the ATVs?

We seek to accommodate all sizes but the current weight capacity for our ATVs is 350 lbs per ATV.
